School Fund-Raiser Program

DesignRKeepsakes offers a creative way to raise much-needed funds for your school. We take original artwork created by students and put this artwork onto a wide variety of products.

Parents will receive a FREE magnet made with their child’s artwork. Parents will also receive a packet that will allow them to order a wide-variety of other keepsake products with their child's artwork.

We want to provide you with a creative school fund-raising program that your parents are sure to love. We also want to make this process as simple as possible for your school and provide you with the paper and artwork labels to help keep your costs down.

1. Contact DesignRKeepsakes to schedule your art project with us. Don't forget to plan ahead.
Complete art and ship early in the semester to assure your order will be completed for the holiday season or other special occasions.

2. Students will create their art at school in art class.
• Use the drawing paper provided.
• Use bright, bold, contrasting colors.
• Use interesting subjects that will make great pieces of art.

3. Ship original art and class lists to DesignRKeepsakes.
• Within approximately 2 weeks, your school will receive the parent packets containing a parent letter, order form, color product brochure, sample magnet, and the child’s original artwork.

4. Families select keepsakes. Allow 1 week.
• Each student will receive a FREE magnet made from their artwork as a gift from DesignRKeepsakes.
• Families may select additional gifts and keepsakes.
• Order forms and payment are collected by the school.

5. Ship orders to DesignRKeepsakes.
• School Coordinator will send in orders along with original artwork to DesignRKeepsakes. Finished products will be shipped in approximately 3 weeks. Any final orders that are received at DesignRKeepsakes in November and December may take up to 5 weeks due to the heavy volume of orders.
