I can't find my child's school order form.

Check with your school to find out the order deadline date. If you are still within your school's schedule, download this Substitute Order Form and return it to school with your payment by the deadline. Please keep a copy for your records.

How do I order additional products?

Print out our Retail Order Form and mail us your order and payment. We will deliver to the address that your provide to us. Allow at least three weeks for delivery. Prices may differ from the school prices.

What if a product arrives broken?

DesignRKeepsakes requests that all claims be verified by your school coordinator. Please return your product to the school coordinator with your student's information. Please provide the school name, child's name, grade, teacher and your shipping address. We will make every attempt to replace your item as soon as possible.
